Seller Terms: 10% down day of sale with 15% additional down due at closing.  Buyer to sign note secured by deed of trust for 75% with 3 equal annual principal payments plus 5% interest on the unpaid balance.  Alternatively, buyer may pay cash or seek their own financing. 

 

Auction Terms: 10% down day of sale.  A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to winning bids to determine the sale price.  Tracts will be offered separately and then grouped with a 5% increase.
